Allow assigning cover art to multiple selected files

      In the release view on the right I select multiple songs. Then I drag & drop a new cover that I want to assign to the selection only but nothing happens.

          King_DuckZ: I have a patch ready to add this functionality at https://github.com/metabrainz/picard/pull/1673

          It could need some testing. I guess as a Gentoo user you can give this a go at running this from source
