Improve sorting performance in main window

      With the addition of natural sorting in PICARD-1659 sorting is comparable slow when a lot of releases are loaded.

      With ~27k files loaded in unclustered files changing the sorting (sorting by a different column or takes 2 to 2.5 seconds on my system.
