Support for manually removing cover art

      From http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/2857 and others; many users have requested the ability to manually select a cover art image for tagging; or the ability to paste it from the clipboard.

      PICARD-137 goes some way in allowing it to automatically pick up a cover.jpg, folder.jpg etc, however full manual support would be even better for adhoc fixes.
