The language field of a lyrics (USLT) tag is not preserved

      Picard doesn't set the language field of the id3 USLT frame. When opening and saving a file with a lyrics tag, the tag is not preserved correctly, but rewritten with Mutagen's default language "xxx".

          The language support should ideally work exactly the same as it was implemented for the SYLT tag in PICARD-1092
