Load files in file browser on double click

      When the user doube clicks a file or folder in the file browser, load it into Picard.

          I reverted the loading of folders on double click in https://github.com/metabrainz/picard/commit/0b0eb06761f4437719eaace965cb0a06fb20a865

          Working with this was weird, I constantly wanted to just expand folders by double clicking, but then also loaded the entire tree. For a file it feels very natural, though.
