Bring back keyboard shortcuts for editing tags

      Previous versions of Picard had keyboard shortcuts for editing tags:

      Edit tag (ctrl-E or alt-E)
      Add new tag (alt-A)
      Save tag (alt-S)
      Delete tag (alt-D)

      Would it be possible to bring these back?
