Set default file extension for files with empty extension

      If files end up without file extension they currently cannot easily be tagged with Picard in a way that recovers the extension. See also https://community.metabrainz.org/t/picard-wiped-out-filenames-of-unknown-recording/536094/

       

      It would make sense if Picard would add an extension based on the format.
