For APEv2 tags Picard currently stores a single front cover as "Cover Art (Front)". No other image types are supported. Picard could store any type in a similar way.

For loading Picard accepts all tags that start with "cover art" (case-insensitive) and contain binary data. Picard makes not attempt to parse or check the type. That could also be enhanced.
