Picard replaces FULL WIDTH EXCLAMATION MARK with EXCLAMATION MARK when writing Metadta to file

      Track 4 of らぶちゅ!2 titled "どんどん！！どどーん！！" makes use of full-width exclamation marks.

      When using MusicBrainz Picard 2.6.3 to write Metadata, it replaces the track title with "どんどん!!どどーん!!", which is noticeably different from what appears to be present in the recording listing on musicbrainz.org.
