Dragging file before analyze/scan complete means AcoustId not available to submit

      If a PUID is not already in the DB, and you drag it over before analyze gets to it, when it does get analyzed, it does not become a PUID that is submitted (if it is the only one to submit, the submit PUIDs option will not highlight).

      I managed to reproduce this with Acoustid.
