Restructure user interface options

      The options for User interface are currently weirdly structured:

      • The Miscellaneous group is inside the "Customize Action Toolbar" box (probably wrongly nested)
      • The Misc options are really mixed up

      Suggestion:

      • Fix nesting
      • Split "Appearance" related options into own group
