Allow AcousticBrainz submissions if recording ID is stored in non-standard tag

      The AcousticBrainz submission currently requires the recording ID to be stored in Picard's default tags. But some users prefer to store this differently using scripting. This will cause AB submission to be not available.

          Thanks for the ticket. Unfortunately we will remove the AcousticBrainz feature with the next release, see PICARD-2422 and the blog post at https://blog.metabrainz.org/2022/02/16/acousticbrainz-making-a-hard-decision-to-end-the-project/

          Hence I close this ticket as we won't act on it.

          We might actually choose to allow submission of matched files with the data loaded in Picard instead of relying on the metadata extractor by streaming_extractor_music. That would allow submission with saving
