"Keep original cover art" seems to be not working. If there is a file with existing and new cover art clicking on "Keep original cover art" is supposed to reset the cover art box to the existing art (showing no changes). But it still shows the new cover art instead.

This issue is present since the 2.5.3 release, it works as expected on 2.5.2.
