The loading progress indicator (e.g. for the Windows taskbar) stays near zero, if releases get loaded.

If only untagged files gets loaded this works quite well and gradually increases from 0.0 to 1.0. But if loading releases is included the progress stays near 0 until it suddenly is finished.

E.g. these are the progress updates reported while loading 3 releases:

It never reached 10%. Same happens if you load a large number of releases. E.g. loading ~350 releases here the progress sometimes went as high as 0.07, but then started getting lower and stayed around 0.0004 for the majority of the loading period.
