Using add cluster / file as release does currently not set the tagger port.

As all other requests to open a browser do pass the tport parameter, the add release functionality should do as well, so users have the browser integration working afterwards.

Furthermore existing tport gets reset by this submission (see MBS-12179). Explicitly setting it works around this limitation.
