Drag and dropping a MB disc ID URL, such as https://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/vtlGcbJUaP_IFdBUC10NGIhu2E0- , or entering such a URL into the search field should trigger the disc ID lookup.

 

This should all be possible:

• Drag and drop https://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/vtlGcbJUaP_IFdBUC10NGIhu2E0- onto the Picard main window
• Entering https://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/vtlGcbJUaP_IFdBUC10NGIhu2E0- into the search field and searching for it
• Entering cdtoc:vtlGcbJUaP_IFdBUC10NGIhu2E0- into the search field

 

In all cases the CD lookup dialog of Picard should open
