Similar to the functionality added in PICARD-1455 allow lookup using the log file created when using Whipper as the CD ripper.

Whipper calculates the TOC and uses it to query MusicBrainz and selects a release from the response.  The release selected may not be the correct one, so it may be necessary to repeat the lookup to select the correct release or initiate entry of a new release.  The calculated TOC and lookup used are stored in the log file along with the track information used to create the TOC.
