Remove AcousticBrainz analysis and submission features

      As AB will get shutdown remove the corresponding functionality from Picard for the next release (see https://blog.metabrainz.org/2022/02/16/acousticbrainz-making-a-hard-decision-to-end-the-project/).

      • Remove code for AB settings, streaming extractor calls, UI and submission
      • Removed bundling streaming extractor from CI
      • Remove relevant documentation
      • Close related tickets
      • Have a minute of silence, RIP AB
