Allow including folksonomy tags without pulling all tags

      I'd like to be able to add just certain folksonomy tags without having to exclude all tags and include all genres as well. this could also apply to "Use only my tags" too.

      for example, if I want to add MusicBrainz genres plus say, "anime", "mashup", and "sillyname", I should just be able to add those three to the list under Options > Metadata > Genres.
