I experienced a lot of troble with crashes, often losing the work done, to operate I had to adopt a frequent save (after two or three modification). here the most common action that cause the crashing:

• Always - Just opened (no files loaded) clicking On Add Folder it chashes (always). Drag and drop works fine
• Often - During album/track modification clicking on the cover and selecting "local file" or browse to find an image
• Sometime - Just selecting Adding a new TAG (i.e. discnumber, composer are the most used).
• Rarely - I do not recorded all the crash causes that vary depending of the situation but not reproducible.
