Option to preserve artwork when selecting "clear existing tags"

      With the new option to preserve certain tags when using the 'clear existing tags', artwork isn't possible to preserve.
      Either a checkbox to preserve artwork, or a keyword that can be entered alongside the other tags in the preserve-tags-box would be really handy.
