I received a picard.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point OPENSSL_sk_new_reserve could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\Program Files\MusicBrainz Picard\PyQt5\Qt5\bin\libssl-1_1-x64.dll.

This came up right after the app was downloaded. 

Picard will not operate correctly.

The screen looks normal but nothing works. The search dialog won't bring up any artists.
