      Definition of title case is a bit funky here. Grammatically speaking, I believe MB already uses title case by not capitalizing prepositions etc, but the title case plugin uses it to mean capitalizing first letter of every word (called "Start Case" by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_case#Headings_and_publication_titles ).
