For the past few weeks, on just one of my machines, I've been experiencing a crash sometimes when I try to use "Lookup" on standalone recordings (since before the last update). I haven't been able to figure out what makes the difference until now.

To reproduce:

1. Go to Options > Metadata, and make sure this setting is set/checked:
   - Translate artist names to these locales where possible: English
2. Drag in a single track
3. Select the track you loaded and click "Lookup"

I've found it's much easier to trigger the crash with Japanese music. With Western music it's pretty difficult (I presume because the artist names don't need translation).
