Options indicate that enabling track relationships automatically includes release relationships

      Enabling the "Use track relationships" option automatically includes the release relationships which are enabled with the "Use release relationships" option.  Thus if "Use track relationships" is enabled, the setting of the "Use release relationships" option is moot.  This is not clear in the user interface.

          Unless something else changed between Picard 2.10 and here, "use track relationships" never included "use release relationships", and the settings are not working as expected for me in 2.11rc1.
