Extremely small font in dialogs and toolbar on Windows with display scaling

      This is how latest (v2.10 from 2023-10) Picard looks on 1 of my OSes. Font size on toolbar and options is so small that it is unusable. Even with QT_SCALE_FACTOR=2 I can hardly see anything.

       

      This is display setup on my Windows 10:

       

       

      All other tools look normal except Picard.
