First let me apologize if this has already been reported for OSX Lion. I have the same issue on my MacBook Pro. I found information on the Wiki and in the Forums about this problem. I couldn't find it in my search of Issues. Anyway one person rebuilt Musicbrainz Picard in Linux. Another person has instructions on the Wiki to fix this problem in Snow Leopard. However he specifically says his solution doesn't work in Lion.

I'm pretty much a newbie with the product. I did spend a lot of time trying to find someone that had a solution to this issue. It happens right at the beginning when first opening Picard. I tried to check the auto-scan and the second checkbox "Ignore MBIDs." I'm using AcoustID. I ran fpcalc. I got an API key and downloaded the fingerprint calculator.

Is it just a false positive because I see where the automatic api call is made and found. Then I manually tried it and got the same result.

      Attached log file...

      Regards,
      Paul
