In PICARD-2843 we commissioned a design for a friendly, welcoming, illustration for the Picard first run information dialog popup.

This ticket is to add it into Picard.

A high resolution image is attached - please resize to the appropriate size and then compress (tinypng is very good) before using, or give me (aerozol) a nudge and I can provide the image in the size/s you need.
