Allow providing artist MBID when submitting files as recordings

      It would be quite helpful to be able to provide an artist MBID for submitting files as standalone recording.
      Especially when planning to backfill an artist's discography who has made hundreds or thousands of recordings.

          Seeding the artist ID should be possible with "edit-recording.artist_credit.names.0.artist.id".
