After making changes to metadata of a song, if I close or quit using either keyboard shortcut or menu choices for Quit or Close Window, Picard quits without showing the confirmation dialog box, and all changes are lost, even though the "Show a quit confirmation dialog box for unsaved changes" option in Preferences is checked.
