When using "Refresh" to reload the album (usually to pickup new album art or label/catalog info that I've just added) loses any manual changes to tag metadata.  Manual changes should not be lost even if the album/track are refreshed.

This same behavior (manual changes being lost) also happens when the "Other versions" feature is used, in that selecting a different release also loses manual tag changes made to individual tracks.
