In short: if an artist has several aliases connected with "perform as" relationship, treat all of them as a single artist for the purpose of filling composer tag field in files. So if an alias "A" assigned to one set of works and alias "B" to another one, in music player it will be a single composer anyway.

Ofc "composer" here is only an example of artist "function", this is also true for arrangers, lyricists, etc.

In addition to this there is also a request to add an ability to select under which one aliases/name you wish consolidate this single artist. So if there is for example "Jimmy Hinson" and "Big Giant Circles" you can choose which one you do prefer. Ideally additional option to use artist "full legal name" (as in PROs) instead his "default" standardized name.
