Picard adds (1) to filename when attempting to "move" a file to same location

      Repro steps:

      Add a file which is in the move destination and named correctly (i.e. no moving or renaming is required).

      Change some tags.

      Save.

      The file is renamed to <filename> (1).flac (or similar).

      Expected behaviour

      No renaming will take place if file is already correctly named and located.

      Actual behaviour

      File is unnecessarily renamed.
