When MusicBrainz Picard loads an album, whether it's via Lookup, Scan, or Lookup in Browser, the name of the album and all of the songs are "Part -2", with no track number and Disc Number 0. Attached is the debug log of one example. In line 113 it moves the file to a track ID that is named 'Part -2', and when I clicked the album (line 114) it selected the Album ID with the name of 'Part -2'.

This occured originally in 2.12. I uninstalled and reinstalled into 2.12.1 and the issue persisted.
