Copying the ticket description from LB-1625:

I know it's not the primary purpose of Picard, but I personally use Picard to listen and review tracks before they're added to my library.

It would be neat if at the point those tracks are accurately identified in Picard, if a listen is in progress it would be submitted to listenbrainz.

Likely something that can be toggled on/off in Picard settings.
