AcoustID seems to be down for a couple days now

      For the last couple of days the AcoustID submission doesn't work.

      The error in the Picard logs is the following:

      E: 14:08:36,472 webservice._handle_reply:535: Network request error for https://api.acoustid.org/v2/submit -> Error transferring https://api.acoustid.org/v2/submit - server replied: Internal Server Error (QT code 401, HTTP code 500)
E: 14:08:36,473 acoustid/manager._batch_submit_finished:240: AcoustID submission failed with error 'Error transferring https://api.acoustid.org/v2/submit - server replied: Internal Server Error': internal error
