Similar to the 'Replace ASCII characters' option, an option to replace join phrases/characters would be great.

I'm trying to standardize my split album artist folders (i.e. using underscores regardless of what's on the cover).

Some examples of the output I'm looking for:

13 _ Eyehategod
Crystal Castles _ HEALTH
Errortype:11 _ Gameface
Boys Life _ Christie Front Drive
The Dillinger Escape Plan _ Drowningman

The problem I'm running into now is renaming ' & ' and other common joins doesn't really work well with artists like:

deadboy & the Elephantmen
Maylene and the Sons of Disaster

I looked all over for an option like this but I didn't see one or a similar ticket.
