"Picard has encountered an error with the release" ... Continuously

      I'm new to Music Brainz Picard, so kindly bear with me ...

      I've been using (MBP) for about a year and haven't had any issues (gold/silver album icons) when submitting tracks for tagging, regardless of the total amount of tracks submitted in one sitting (25-200+) in total.  Until recently I've been receiving the (RED Album Icon) "Picard has encountered an error with the release"... 

      I haven't made any hardware changes to my laptop and even tried uninstalling/reinstalling MBP, to no avail.

      I also attempted to "Reset All" changes I made in the Options window, but continue to receive numerous RED Album Icons. Should this be considered a major issue?
