      Document the manual editing of tags using the metadata view and tag editor. This could be a separate section placed under Using Picard > General Usage. The section should explain:

      • The metadata view
      • Editing tags (inline and with tag editor)
      • Handling of multiple values in a tag
      • Editing tags for multiple files at once
      • Copy and paste (consider PICARD-2287)
