Links displayed in dark mode are not using an appropriate color, hard to read

      Linux Mint based on Ubuntu 24.04 with X / cinnamon / dark theme

      The color of links is a dark blue and it isn't easy to read on dark background, I suspect it is the same than in light mode (so unchanged).
