Randomly would be unable to save over certain files which was seemingly random and for no reason. would give error: 

[Errno 13] Permission denied

Basic looking showed that permissions for all files and folders where the same. Eventually figured out that by running in administrator, it would work on some of the files that randomly didn't work.

Thought problem was solved, but then it began doing it again even MORE frequently, as if it would work maybe once or twice and then forget it had permissions and then give me the error again. Restarting the application fixes the issue only for it to encounter it again. Fairly tech savvy myself but the issue is beyond me, I don't know why it does this when everything involved is marked as editable and viewed and edited as administrator.
