redumper is a ripping tool primarily intended for video game discs, designed for maximum completeness and reliability. While not the tool's primary purpose, it can be used for audio CDs as well. The latter format seems both simpler to parse and could potentially be useful with other ripping flows as well.

redumper outputs both a textual .log file as well as a .toc file containing the binary READ TOC data.
