Picard App closes when clicking on Add Folders or Add Files

      Windows11 with all the latest updates installed.

      I just installed Picard for the first time today and every time I attempt to click on something that involves the File Browser or some other tabs, the app closes.  I have attached the Debug Log for your reference.
