Exception if custom columns list is empty

      Picard displays an exception in the logs if the list of custom columns is empty.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start Picard.
      1. Create a custom column.
      1. Exit Picard and restart. (No exception.)
      1. Delete all custom columns.
      1. Exit Picard and restart. (Exception shown.)
