Cover processing setting enabled when it should be disabled

      When the Cover Processing Options page is first opened with "Resize images saved to tags" setting disabled (unchecked), the "Maximum width" setting is shown as enabled.  Toggling the "Resize images saved to tags" setting to enabled and back to disabled properly disables the "Maximum width" setting.
