When a profile controls an option setting and the profile is enabled, selecting a Reset on the settings page resets the option to the last saved state for the profile, and not the original state.  This might actually be useful (and correct), but the behavior is unexpected.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. With no option profiles enabled, change one or more settings on the General options page, and save the settings.
      2. Re-open the settings page and create a new (test) profile to control the General settings.  Enable the profile, and save the settings.
      3. Re-open the settings page with the test profile enabled and change one or more of the (highlighted) settings on the General page. (Don't save or close the Options window.)
      4. On the General page, click "Restore Defaults".  Note that the settings are changed back to the previously stored state for the Profile, and not to the system defaults.
