Clarify documentation “Understanding Acoustic Fingerprinting and AcoustIDs”

      I don’t understand the following text in https://picard-docs.musicbrainz.org/en/tutorials/acoustid.html:

      You don’t need the AcoustID fingerprinting software to manually generate new AcoustIDs. The difference is, that the fingerprinting software is meant to be run on already tagged files, so if it cannot find an AcoustID it will immediately do the submission.

      What is this AcoustID fingerprinting software? Is this still the fpcalc command line tool that Picard uses to generate fingerprints or a stand-alone tool? I think the text should be expanded a bit. A header might also help.
