The network cache size option setting shows a large text box for the size, thus reducing the space available for the option description.  This can result in display problems for translations that end up word wrapping.  See the images in https://community.metabrainz.org/t/a-small-change-is-needed-in-the-polish-translation-of-picard-3/814610 for an example.
