If track title translation is enabled Picard uses always the recording title, even if the track title is always in a script which should not be translated and there is also not fitting recording alias for translation.

E.g when loading https://musicbrainz.org/release/2498ab22-e6f8-46dc-8557-28ac0c4f2e92?tport=8000 with English as translation enabled and set to never translate latin script.
