Allow starting the Setup Wizard again from the menu

      The current setup wizard is gone after it was closed for the first time after start. I would be helpful if the user can re-run the wizard if wanted. While it only provides basic settings, it might be exactly what some users need. Also it is easy to muss the first time.

      Other applications offer a menu entry to start such a wizard again.
